This 14-karat white gold setting holds princess-cut faceted gemstone. The V-prongs on this setting are cut with an acute inner angle (90° or less) to support the points of special stone shapes such as princess, marquise, pear, baguette or triangle. A classic choice, the 4-prong setting supports the gemstone on four sides. Use peg settings in ring shanks with a hole; they allow you to be more accurate, clean and quick when positioning the setting on the shank.
